The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) Continuum of Care (CoC) Grant Match Program is a state-funded initiative designed to provide the required cash match for organizations applying for or renewing HUD Continuum of Care grants in Alaska. The program supports efforts to address homelessness through rapid rehousing, supportive housing, and related activities, enabling organizations to meet HUD’s match requirements and strengthen their applications in the national competition. Funding is available for projects in both the Anchorage and Balance of State CoCs and is contingent on federal award confirmation and local CoC competition ranking.
