Description
The Continuum of Care (CoC) program, administered by the Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA), is Idaho’s primary HUD-funded initiative addressing homelessness. The program provides both permanent and short-term housing solutions, including rapid re-housing and permanent supportive housing, for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. CoC funding also supports supportive services, system-level coordination, and participation in statewide crisis response systems. Projects must align with HUD and IHFA priorities, including the Housing First model, and are required to participate in Idaho’s coordinated entry and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).
