Description
The Continuum of Care (CoC) program, administered in Idaho by the Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA), is a HUD-funded initiative focused on reducing and ending homelessness statewide. The program supports a coordinated crisis response system that includes permanent and short-term housing, rapid re-housing, and supportive services. Funding is available to eligible nonprofit and governmental organizations to quickly rehouse individuals and families, minimize trauma, and promote long-term self-sufficiency.
