Description
The Maine Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Division of Contract Management oversees the procurement and management of service contracts to support the department’s mission. This division reviews and processes approximately 2,000 procurement documents per year, ensures competitive bidding, and provides guidance and tools for contract development and performance management.
