The Cotsen Traveling Fellowship enables scholars to conduct short-term, in-person research using the Gennadius Library’s collections in Athens and participate in the academic life of the American School of Classical Studies.

Description
The Cotsen Traveling Fellowship is a short-term grant awarded annually by the Gennadius Library of the American School of Classical Studies at Athens (ASCSA). It is designed for scholars whose research requires use of the Gennadius Library’s collections. The fellowship encourages recipients to engage with the library and the broader academic community of the School while conducting their research in Athens. The award honors Lloyd E. Cotsen, a major benefactor of the Library.
