This program honors undergraduate students at North American colleges and universities who exhibit outstanding potential in computing research. Recognition is based primarily on excellence in research, with additional consideration for academic achievement and service contributions such as leadership, teaching, and peer tutoring. Awardees receive financial support to attend a research conference, public recognition, and certificates. The goal is to encourage and foster future leaders in computing research.
