--- ## Description The Creating Possible Fund is the Gilead Foundation’s flagship initiative designed to address complex social issues by advancing education equity, recognizing education as a critical social determinant of health. The Fund provides significant, multi-year support to nonprofit organizations developing innovative approaches to empower underserved students, foster supportive learning environments, and build systems that promote both educational and health equity.
