Description
The Colorado Division of Housing’s Request for Applications (RFA) for Creation of Supportive Housing provides funding and resources to support the development of high-quality, permanent supportive housing (PSH) for extremely low-income individuals and households experiencing homelessness and facing complex barriers to housing stability. The program is a collaboration with the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) and local municipalities, aiming to expand affordable, community-based housing that integrates robust tenancy support and intensive, individualized services.
