Description
The Creative Business Loan Fund is an initiative by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts to provide small creative enterprises with accessible, flexible financing. The fund targets creative businesses throughout Pennsylvania, especially those in underserved, rural, and small-town communities. Loans can be used for working capital, equipment, renovations, and, in select cases, property acquisition. The program is managed in partnership with Bridgeway Capital and Rising Tide Community Loan Fund, each serving specific regions of the state.
