The Creative Business Loan Fund provides affordable and flexible loans to small creative businesses across Pennsylvania. The program is designed to support economic vibrancy, job creation, and community revitalization, especially in underserved, small town, and rural areas. Eligible businesses include craft manufacturers, arts schools, architecture and design firms, media companies, and visual and performing arts agencies. Loans can be used for working capital, equipment purchases, renovations, and, in limited cases, building acquisitions. The fund is managed by Bridgeway Capital and Rising Tide Community Loan Fund, with each partner serving specific Pennsylvania counties.
