Description
The Creative Business Loan Fund provides affordable, flexible financing to small creative businesses throughout Pennsylvania. Established by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts in partnership with Bridgeway Capital and Rising Tide Community Loan Fund, the program addresses the unique financial needs of creative enterprises—such as craft manufacturers, arts schools, design firms, media companies, and arts production agencies. The fund especially prioritizes businesses located in underserved communities, including small towns and rural areas. Loans can be used for working capital, equipment purchases, renovations, and, in select cases, building acquisitions.
