The Creative Catalyst Grant Program, administered by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, funds new and innovative initiatives designed to empower, connect, and amplify creatives and creative industries across Pennsylvania. The program targets projects that contribute to the state’s communities, economy, and workforce and encourages applicants to align their proposals with one or more of five strategic areas: asset development, workforce development, community development, visibility, and policy. Projects must demonstrate the potential for broad regional or statewide impact and are intended to support unique, strategic opportunities rather than ongoing or regularly recurring activities.
