The Creative Catalyst Grant Program, administered by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, funds new initiatives that empower, connect, and amplify creatives and creative industries within Pennsylvania. The program is designed to support innovative projects with the potential for broad regional or statewide impact, advancing strategies in one or more of five focus areas: asset development, workforce development, community development, visibility, and policy. Projects must demonstrate alignment with these areas, significant reach, and organizational capacity to deliver. This grant is not intended for ongoing operations, established programs, or as a recurring source of support.
