The Creative Catalyst Grants program, administered by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, funds innovative projects and initiatives that advance the creative sector across Pennsylvania. The program aims to empower artists, organizations, and creative entrepreneurs to launch or expand impactful projects that drive cultural vitality, foster collaboration, and stimulate community engagement. Projects must align with at least one of five strategic areas: Asset Development, Workforce Development, Community Development, Visibility, or Policy. The grant is designed for new initiatives and is not intended to support established programs or ongoing operations.
