Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator supports Pennsylvania creative entrepreneurs with grants and business development services to grow sustainable for-profit businesses and strengthen their communities.

Description
The Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator combines grants with business development services for Pennsylvania’s for-profit creative businesses. Developed by the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts in 2021, the program operates through Pennsylvania Creative Industries, with Bridgeway Capital as statewide administrator. It encourages participation across low-income, urban, suburban, and rural communities and has supported more than 1,500 creative entrepreneurs.
Growth Grants support emerging-to-established businesses pursuing market expansion, sustainability, and greater financial resilience. Impact Grants support established businesses whose growth plans also deliver meaningful community benefits. Examples include growing businesses or activating underused property in low- to moderate-income areas and creating quality jobs with living wages and benefits. Grantees also gain access to business resources, training, and peer connections through Keystone Creatives.
