The Creative Futures Fellowship at the University of Colorado Boulder is designed to empower researchers, inventors, and creators in the arts, humanities, and social sciences to transform innovative ideas, creative works, and social innovations into tangible, real-world impact. The program addresses the gap left by traditional innovation grants, which often overlook these disciplines, by providing funding, mentorship, and a collaborative cohort community. Projects must aim to strengthen communities, advance positive social change, or create economic opportunity beyond the university. Fellows benefit from proposal development workshops, access to a mentor network, regular cohort meetings, and a culminating public showcase to present their work.
