Key Information: Individuals may receive one PLRAC grant every other fiscal year, excluding Emergency Relief Fund grants.
Description
Creative Impact for Individuals is funded by the McKnight Foundation and administered by Prairie Lakes Regional Arts Council (PLRAC). It supports artistic projects led by individuals in the PLRAC region, with a focus on creating access to the arts for Minnesotans and/or engaging Minnesota communities through artistic endeavors.
The program is part of PLRAC’s Fiscal Year 2027 grant offerings, covering July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027. Its emphasis is on individual-led creative work with a public-facing purpose: helping people access the arts, connecting communities through artistic activity, or both. Applicants do not need to be full-time artists or work in the arts industry.
