Description
This program provides consulting and capacity-building services to cultural organizations and Tribes in King County, Washington, who are current recipients of 4Culture Sustained Support funding and are experiencing operational emergencies or significant transformational change. Through the Network of Support, organizations can access coaches, mentors, and consultants—paid directly by 4Culture—to help navigate crises such as leadership transitions, financial instability, relocations, or major organizational shifts. The program prioritizes public benefit and equity, reserving a portion of funds for organizations serving marginalized communities or areas with less access to support.
