Description
4Culture’s Crisis and Transformation program provides consulting assistance to cultural organizations and Tribes facing operational emergencies or significant change. Through its Network of Support Capacity Builders, 4Culture directly pays coaches, mentors, and consultants to help address crises such as loss of executive leadership, eviction, or financial insolvency. Planned or unforeseen transitions can also qualify, including hiring staff for the first time, moving from leasing to owning space, or merging with another organization.
The program aims to help recipients gain stability, strengthen internal infrastructure and operations, and advance their missions in ways otherwise out of reach. Supported work must benefit the public, including enabling King County residents to enjoy and learn from cultural activities. Review considers the proposed response, team qualifications, feasibility, community impact, and available financial resources.
