Summary: Supports collaborative tours by artists presented at multiple New England nonprofit organizations to expand access to the arts and foster regional partnerships.
This program supports tours by regional, national, or international artists who are presented by nonprofit organizations across New England. Eligible tours must include at least three different organizations in three geographically distinct communities, with organizations from at least two different New England states. The goal is to expand access to high-quality artistic experiences, foster collaborative partnerships among presenters and artists, and encourage additional community engagement activities beyond performances. The program values collective planning, resource sharing, and meaningful community connections, especially for underrepresented groups. Presenters are encouraged to develop partnerships and strategies to increase arts access.
