Description
The Crystal Kite Member Choice Awards are annual, peer-given honors presented by the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI) to recognize exceptional children's books from fifteen SCBWI regional divisions worldwide. Winners are selected by votes from SCBWI members, with one winner chosen from each region. Recipients are celebrated through press releases, SCBWI website and social media announcements, and receive a crystal, engraved kite award, a silver sticker for their book, and the opportunity for one winner to present at the SCBWI Summer Conference.
