This grant supports collaborative arts and cultural projects that engage children and youth in Alaska, emphasizing skill acquisition and direct participation outside the regular school day or year. The program aims to strengthen cultural understanding and participation by funding partnerships between schools, youth-serving organizations, tribal entities, libraries, and other arts/cultural groups. Projects should provide high-quality, sustained arts experiences, foster community engagement, and align with Alaska Arts Standards.
