Artistic Mobility is a call within Cultural Horizons, implemented by the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation with Cultural Vistas gGmbH in Germany and co-funded by the European Union. The wider programme seeks to improve Ukrainians’ access to culture and cultural heritage, particularly for displaced persons, and strengthen connections between Ukrainian and EU cultural sectors.
The call supports internships, residencies, research and educational programmes, professional events, and other international or interregional exchanges. Mobility can be in person, remote, or hybrid, taking place in Ukraine, EU countries, or both. It aims to build professional skills, expand networks and partnerships, encourage the practical application of new knowledge, and integrate Ukraine’s cultural and creative sectors into the European cultural space.
