The Cultural Leadership Partners program, administered by Iowa Arts and Culture, is designed to recognize and strengthen Iowa-based arts and cultural organizations that consistently demonstrate excellence in cultural programming, management, and community engagement. Selected organizations receive a special designation and flexible financial support over a three-year period, empowering them to sustain and expand their impact across Iowa.
