This program recognizes and supports Iowa-based arts and cultural organizations that have demonstrated outstanding cultural, managerial, and community leadership. Selected organizations receive a three-year designation as Cultural Leadership Partners and are provided with flexible operating support to further their missions, programming, and community engagement. The program is designed to foster sustained excellence in arts and culture, promote strong fiscal and managerial practices, and encourage broad community outreach and participation.
