Description
The Oklahoma City Community Foundation’s Culture & Community Grant supports initiatives that celebrate, share and preserve the traditions, arts and social practices that make up Oklahoma’s cultural fabric. The program aims to enrich lives, broaden understanding, foster collaboration and bring communities together through cultural experiences. Its two priorities are preserving and promoting Oklahoma’s cultural fabric and expanding access to cultural programming and education.
Supported work has included visual and performing arts, historic preservation, educational programming, festivals and public events. Past projects have offered bilingual arts mentorship, Native language revitalization, community storytelling, museum education, music lessons, public murals and live theater in schools and community spaces. The published FY27 cycle focuses exclusively on project-based requests.
