    Description

Culture Helps Solidarity’s second and final collaboration-grant call supports international cultural projects connecting Ukraine with Creative Europe countries. Co-funded by the European Commission through Creative Europe, it is implemented by the European Cultural Foundation, Insha Osvita, zusa and the VETERANKA Movement. Projects should use arts and culture to improve cultural participation and help displaced Ukrainians and refugees integrate into their communities, particularly vulnerable groups and veterans, with attention to mental well-being.

The call promotes cross-border networking, professional exchange, intercultural dialogue, mental health support and cultural managers’ professional development. It prioritises partnerships between Ukrainian-led organisations, including those in exile, and non-Ukrainian organisations, especially in neighbouring Creative Europe countries. The broader aim is lasting cultural relations and solidarity supporting Ukraine’s European future.
