Description
The MassCyberCenter, a division of the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative (MassTech), administers this competitive program to expand access to Security Operations Center (SOC) services from CyberTrust Massachusetts. It supports Massachusetts municipalities, small businesses, and nonprofits in strengthening cybersecurity resilience through paid service subscriptions lasting up to three years.
Eligible services include Managed Detection and Response (MDR) using SentinelOne, Extended Detection and Response (XDR), and Application Control and Zero Trust using ThreatLocker. These services support endpoint monitoring, threat hunting, vulnerability management, asset visibility, cross-system threat detection, and control over unauthorized software. CyberTrust also employs students from its academic members under industry-expert supervision, linking service delivery with cybersecurity workforce development.
