Description
This program, administered by CRDF Global and funded by the U.S. Department of State, aims to strengthen the cybersecurity and resilience of governmental authorities and critical infrastructure state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in Ukraine. The initiative provides in-kind support—such as services, equipment, hardware, and software—to address urgent cybersecurity challenges, increase institutional resilience, and improve the protection of critical systems and information during wartime. Projects must focus on technical upgrades, capacity building, and collaboration with international experts to advance national security and counter modern cyber threats.
