Cycle Grants from the Northwest Connecticut Community Foundation (NCCF) are designed to support nonprofit organizations serving the 20-town region of Northwest Connecticut. These grants are awarded through competitive cycles held three times per year and are intended to address a wide range of organizational needs, including program development, capital improvements, capacity building, and general operating expenses. The program leverages Community Catalyst and Field of Interest funds to foster long-term solutions, respond to emergencies, and meet evolving social, cultural, educational, and environmental needs. A key funding priority is advancing Early Childhood Literacy, but organizations working in other focus areas (Arts & Culture, Civic & Education, Environment, Health, Social Services) are also eligible to apply.
