This program funds ambitious research leaders based in Denmark at all career stages (Emerging, Ascending, Distinguished) conducting innovative research in data science and computational science. Projects should focus on the development of new algorithms, methods, or technologies, or on applying data science to areas aligned with the Foundation’s strategic priorities, such as life sciences, health, sustainability, agriculture, and technical sciences. The program aims to strengthen Denmark’s academic environment, increase the output of highly skilled data science professionals, and foster excellence in both research and education.
