Description
The Highmark BluePrints – Large grant program, managed by the Delaware Community Foundation in partnership with Highmark Delaware, funds health-related projects and services across Delaware. The program aims to increase access to care and reduce health disparities for underserved and uninsured populations. Projects must align with at least one of five focus areas: healthcare access, economic stability, social and community context, neighborhood and built environment, or health workforce development.
