Description
Harvard University’s David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies (DRCLAS) supports faculty research, teaching, and professional activities relating to Latin America and the Caribbean. Its broader support encompasses work directly focused on the region, comparative research connected to it, and inquiry concerning the Latin American and Caribbean diaspora in the United States.
The current Faculty Research Grants cycle funds collaborative research, individual research, exploratory travel, and research conferences on or in Latin America and the Caribbean. The program prioritizes innovative research with public dissemination, interdisciplinary participation, regional scholarly partnerships, and meaningful Harvard student involvement. DRCLAS also offers separate Harvard-UAI collaborative research grants and the Parry Lecture Fund.
