Description
The American Academy of Implant Dentistry Foundation (AAIDF) offers these student research grants to support innovative investigations that advance implant dentistry and translate findings into practice. The program honors Dr. David Steflik, whose studies of tissue responses to implanted biomaterials contributed to breakthroughs in dental implantology.
Supported work may include feasibility studies for larger investigations, development and testing of new techniques and procedures, small clinical or animal research projects, and analysis of grant data.
