Description
The Dedicated Grant Program, administered by the Ann Arbor Area Community Foundation (AAACF), provides competitive grant funding to local nonprofits serving Washtenaw County, Michigan. The program is structured around five specialized Field of Interest Funds, each supporting a unique community need or population:
- African American Endowment Fund: Improves conditions for African Americans in Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti.
- Barden Family Fund for Enhancing Community: Supports veterans and their families, aviation education, Catholic service and social justice, and general community-building in Washtenaw County.
- Dexter Community Fund: Enriches the Dexter community (within Dexter Community Schools boundaries) with a focus on seniors, youth, mental health, food/housing security, arts, and recreation.
