Description
The DeHaan Artist of Distinction Award, administered by the Indy Arts Council with support from the Christel DeHaan Family Foundation, provides up to five annual grants of $10,000 each to Indiana-based contemporary visual artists. The award is designed to encourage creative risk-taking and support the realization of aspirational projects that push the boundaries of contemporary visual art. Awardees’ completed projects are showcased in a professionally curated group exhibition at Gallery 924, highlighting regional artistic innovation and excellence.
