    Description

The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) administers the State Energy Program Revolving Loan Fund (SEPRLF) as part of its statewide energy efficiency assistance programs. It offers low-interest financing for installing energy efficiency measures that lower energy bills and reduce the environmental impacts of energy production, delivery, and use. Applicants can come from commercial, industrial, nonprofit, school, local government, agricultural, and institutional sectors.

The loan can supplement an Energy Efficiency Investment Fund (EEIF) grant or serve as stand-alone financing. When combined with an EEIF grant, it can help pay the remaining project cost without reducing the grant amount. DNREC performs underwriting in-house, allowing flexibility in loan terms and conditions.
