Description
The Delegate Scholarship is a legislative program administered by the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) and awarded through members of the Maryland House of Delegates. It is designed to provide financial support to Maryland residents pursuing full-time or part-time postsecondary education at eligible two-year or four-year Maryland colleges, universities, or private career schools. In specific cases, Maryland residents attending out-of-state institutions may also qualify if they meet certain exemption criteria.
