    Description

The Delta Gamma Foundation’s Sisters Helping Sisters program provides need-based scholarships to undergraduate members facing financial need and student loan debt. The awards support the Foundation’s commitment to helping members achieve their academic and professional goals while easing the financial pressures of collegiate education. Scholarship funds are directed exclusively toward tuition rather than a separate research or project initiative.

The program is supported by donations to the Sisters Helping Sisters campaign, which followed a matching grant challenge from Carlene Moore Ellis, Delta Iota-Georgia, and by a contribution from the College Access Foundation of California. Qualified applicants receive awards on a first-come, first-served basis as funds become available, making early application important.
