The Denton A. Cooley Fellowship supports North American cardiothoracic surgeons who are either in their final year of residency or have completed residency within the past two years. This program offers a four-week immersive educational observership at the Texas Heart Institute (THI) and Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center (BSLMC) in Houston, TX. Fellows gain exposure to leading cardiovascular and thoracic surgeons, advanced clinical practices, and professional development opportunities in a world-class environment. The fellowship aims to foster advanced clinical learning and support the next generation of leaders in cardiothoracic surgery.
