Description
This initiative, organized by the German Research Foundation (DFG), is a comprehensive, multi-phase workshop designed to foster the next generation of research-active vascular surgeons in Germany. Up to 20 early career researchers are selected to participate in a structured program that includes project development, intensive training, proposal writing, and long-term mentoring. The workshop aims to help participants develop independent research projects, secure third-party funding, and build national research networks.
