    Description

    This Fulbright U.S. Scholar award supports a U.S. academic, artist, or professional to teach and conduct research in digital culture at the University of Bergen, Norway, for either 5 or 10 months (preference for 10 months) starting August 2027. The scholar will engage in teaching two courses in digital culture and digital media aesthetics, advise undergraduate thesis projects, and participate in research activities with the Digital Culture and Electronic Literature groups, as well as the Center for Digital Narrative—a Norwegian Center of Research Excellence. The position also includes developing an independent research or artistic project and delivering a public lecture. There are opportunities for professional enrichment, including intercountry lecturing visits and participation in Fulbright community events in Norway.
