Description
This funding opportunity, under the European Partnership on Globally Competitive Space Systems (Space Partnership), aims to advance digital enablers and shared building blocks for collaborative Earth Observation (EO) and Satellite Telecommunications (SatCom) solutions. The focus is on low to mid Technology Readiness Level (TRL) developments that enhance the robustness, energy efficiency, and reconfigurability of EO and SatCom systems, including compatibility with 5G/6G and smart computing capabilities. Projects should foster synergies between EO and SatCom, promote rapid innovation uptake, and strengthen the EU's strategic autonomy and non-dependence in the space sector. Collaboration between industry, SMEs, research institutions, and academia is strongly encouraged.
