Description
This Fulbright Scholar award supports teaching and research exchanges that strengthen research and education within the Danish maritime sector, “Det Blå Danmark.” Supported by Fulbright Denmark, it welcomes work related to IT and digital transformation in shipping and maritime fields, with priority for sustainability themes and applicants with maritime-sector knowledge and experience.
Activities can combine scholars’ own research or host-designated projects with undergraduate or graduate teaching, workshops, seminars, student mentoring, and curriculum development. Hosts may be located throughout the Kingdom of Denmark, including Greenland and the Faroe Islands. The award aims to build international collaborations, update curricula, promote sustainable technologies, and attract knowledge and skilled professionals to the maritime sector while advancing international understanding and cooperation.
