The program is designed to strengthen ties between the U.S. and Korea, promote the internationalization of Korean higher education, and foster collaborative research and curriculum development. Scholars teach one course per semester (graduate or undergraduate, in English) and are expected to actively participate in the academic life of their host department, contribute to curriculum and faculty development, mentor students, and engage in cross-cultural academic activities.
