Description
The Division III Pathway to Excellence Grant is designed to help NCAA Division III institutions and multisport conferences create and fund full-time, entry-level athletics administrative positions for two academic years. The primary goal is to increase the representation of underrepresented groups—including veterans and first-generation individuals—in athletics administration. Funded positions offer broad professional experience in areas such as strategic planning, budget management, compliance, student-athlete welfare, and diversity initiatives. The program emphasizes mentorship, leadership development, and professional growth for those historically underrepresented in these roles.
