The program's goal is to seed innovative ideas, broaden their impact across divisions, and strengthen the chemistry community through projects that are novel, inclusive, and sustainable. Eligible projects may include member recruitment/retention, cross-division collaborations, adaptation of successful initiatives, and strategic planning activities.
