Description
The Doctoral Recruitment Fellowships (DRF) are designed to help newly hired tenure-track Assistant Professors at UBC Vancouver attract and support outstanding doctoral students. These fellowships are allocated to disciplinary faculties and included in select faculty recruitment packages, providing new faculty members with a competitive advantage in building research teams and fostering research excellence at UBC. The program aims to strengthen the academic environment by enabling the recruitment and mentorship of high-calibre doctoral candidates.
