Description
This program, administered by the Iowa Department of Transportation, provides funding to enhance the visual and ecological quality of Iowa's primary highway corridors by supporting the planting of native or ornamental vegetation. Funding is limited to the cost of materials and installation (seed or live plants) for roadside beautification projects located on primary highway rights-of-way, including primary highway extensions.
