The Dr. Dorothy Brooten Transitional Care Research Grant provides annual funding to support nurse-led research projects that advance evidence-based transitional care within clinical settings. Funded by the Sigma Foundation for Nursing’s Dr. Dorothy Brooten Research Permanent Fund, the award is intended for projects that are ready for implementation and can be completed within 18 months.
