The Dr. James E. Lassiter Audacity to Dream Leadership Award recognizes outstanding dental students who exemplify leadership, academic excellence, and a deep commitment to advancing equity and mentorship within the dental profession. Lassiter, Jr., the award supports students who have demonstrated significant contributions to their Student National Dental Association (SNDA) chapter or broader community, particularly initiatives that promote oral health equity, service, and professional development.
