Description
The International Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research (IADR) gives this annual award to help a new investigator travel to its General Session & Exhibition and present research. It supports participation in the meeting rather than a particular research topic or stage of a project. The 2027 General Session will take place June 23–26 in Melbourne, Australia.
The award honors Dr. John Greenspan, whose work in oral pathology, oral medicine, and global oral health spanned more than five decades. He served as president of both IADR and the American Association for Dental, Oral, and Craniofacial Research. Contributions from IADR donors fund the award.
