Description
Draw This! is a recurring monthly art prompt initiative by the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators (SCBWI), designed to showcase the creative talents of its illustrator members. Each month, a new prompt word is announced, and SCBWI members are invited to submit original artwork inspired by that theme. All eligible submissions are displayed in an online gallery, while two outstanding pieces are selected for prominent feature in the SCBWI Insight e-newsletter, on the SCBWI website, and across social media channels. This opportunity provides illustrators with increased visibility among agents, art directors, editors, and the broader children’s publishing community.
