Description
The California State Water Resources Control Board’s Division of Financial Assistance administers the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF). It helps public water systems finance infrastructure needed to achieve or maintain compliance with Safe Drinking Water Act requirements. Eligible work includes treatment and distribution systems, interconnections, consolidations, pipeline extensions, water sources, meters, and storage.
