The Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF), administered by the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) in partnership with the New Mexico Finance Authority (NMFA), offers low-interest loans and potential principal forgiveness for public drinking water systems in New Mexico. The program supports a wide range of infrastructure projects, including the repair, replacement, and construction of water sources, treatment facilities, distribution systems, storage, and energy efficiency upgrades.
