Community Impact Grants are designed to support nonprofit organizations working to address critical needs and create meaningful change within Dubuque, Clayton, and Clinton Counties. Through collaboration with affiliate foundations and community partners, these grants aim to strengthen the sense of belonging and mutual support in the region. Funding is intended to help nonprofits improve quality of life for residents by tackling issues such as access to food, education, economic opportunity, and community well-being.
